Pininfarina Battista Electric Hypercar Completes Its High-Speed Test

The Pininfarina Battista hypercar debuted in early 2019. However, this year has been anything but ordinary, though. A recent video by Pininfarina showed that they are completing its high-speed test program at the Nardó Technical Center in Italy.   These tests will be conducted to perfectly tune the car's drive mode software which includes five driving modes: Calma, Pura, Energica, Furiosa, and Carattere. The company will also focus on to tune its sounds to soothe the customers with the electric symphony of Battista. Those tests include the Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes, the torque vectoring system and high-speed aerodynamics. The Battista features four-electric motors for each wheel that make a total of 1,874 horsepower (1,397 kilowatts) and 2,300Nm of torque.  Pininfarina claims the car will reach 100 kmph in less than 2 seconds with a top speed of 350 kph (218 mph).   News Source:  Pininfarina

GMC Previewed their Super Cruise Driver Assistance Feature with all-new Hummer EV Edition 1 on their Instagram with a horror film like background music representing the unpredictable Super-truck capabilities of the Hummer EV. Super Cruise Driver Assistance Feature was first revealed with the unveiling of the new Hummer EV. According to the post, this feature is available with the Hummer EV Edition 1 and is available for purchase by fall 2021.   SSC’s Tuatara Updates The Wold Record For The Fastest Car in the world as it beats the Bugatti’s 304.77mph (490.4km/h) speed record.    SSC Tuatara has a Top Speed of a 331mph (532.6km/h) as the worlds fastest car  and setting a two-way average of 316.11mph (508.73 km/h) on a seven-mile stretch of closed road just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada.     British racing driver Oliver Webb got behind the wheel. On the first run, he hit 301.07 mph (484.53 km/h). In the second run to the other direction, he throttled the car until he hit 331.15 mph (532.93 km/h) making an average of 316.11mph to make the SSC Tuatara the fastest production vehicle in the world. Tuatara is a production car by Shelby SuperCars (SSC) in Richlands, Washington, USA. This car weighs 1,247kgs & powered by a twin-turbo 5.9-litre flat-plane crank V8 engine which produces 1,750 hp. ALIENO Unveils The Interior of Their First Hypercar Named Arcanum

    Alieno has unveiled their interior design as two years after the name "ALIENO" was first announced. The interior of this car looks exactly like a next-generation space ship.  Alieno claims that their inspiration for the cockpit came from the cockpits of many military fighters and science fiction movies such as Avatar Prometheus.  Also, the ALIENO ARCANUM is an all-electric hypercar, which in its top version (RP5) has a 5221 hp (3840 kW), 8880 Nm electric motor, a top speed of over 488 km/h (303 mph) and a power-to-weight ratio of up to 2.64 hp/kg.  With 5221 of horsepower, this car should be the most powerful hypercar yet.     The design of the cockpit is based on hexagons & has multi-touch displays. A BMW M8 prototype was spotted at the Nürburgring looking like a mid-engined car. Black air vents instead of rear windows highly implied the vehicle to be a mid-engine.     But it did not have a mid-mounted engine. The company claimed it was testing a variety of new components and used the M8 only as of the carrier.  This prototype might be teasing fans about a mid-engine vehicle from BMW. Rolls-Royce introduces Illuminated Fascia Rolls-Royce introduces “Illuminated Fascia” that has the shape of the Ghost’s nameplate surrounded by more than 850 stars. It took more than two years and more than 100,000 collective hours to develop, with the result being a glitzy passenger-side dashboard no other car in the world has. This illuminated facia has about 152 LEDs. The design remains completely invisible when the car is turned off. When once it’s on, “Ghost” and the stars are lit evenly after using a two-millimetre thick guide with more than 90,000 laser-etched dots across the surface. There are three layers of composite material used on the passenger-side dashboard, starting with a Piano Black that is laser-etched to get rid of the black coloring and therefore allow light to go through “Ghost” and star constellation.
